All products are subject to availability, and stock levels change on an hourly basis.
We take all possible steps to ensure that product images are representative of the product as best as possible, colours may vary according to the settings on your screen and therefore can only be an approximation of the actual product.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability of all products and services advertised on this website are subject to change at any time. Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
All prices are listed in GBP. You can change the currency by clicking on the currency icon at the top right-hand corner of the page and selecting your preferred currency and delivery destination. Please note that UK orders can only be placed in UK Pounds Sterling.
Whilst we take all necessary steps to keep the information on this website up to date, the content is provided by way of information only and will need to be confirmed at the time of enquiry. In the event of any discrepancy, the latter shall prevail.
Edition One reserves the right, at any time, to remove a product or service.
In the unlikely event that an order placed by the customer is unavailable or damaged, we reserve the right to issue a full refund. In this situation, the customer will be notified by email or phone call.
All product prices are listed in UK Sterling (or as otherwise selected) and are inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to refuse or cut a minimum quantity of any item from our website at any time during a transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
Shipping charges may fluctuate based on changing fuel prices; however, customers will be made aware of this prior to completing their purchase.
Orders & Refunds
When placing an order, the order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of your order, not of fulfilment or dispatch.
Delivery and shipping rates are subject to change at any time. We strive to meet dispatch deadlines as quoted on our Delivery Information page. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot take responsibility for a delay in shipment. This responsibility falls on the selected courier, which will be made known to you in the Confirmation of Dispatch email.
Your goods will be delivered within 1–3 working days from the day of dispatch. We aim to deliver your parcels within the time stated on our website; however, there may be delays beyond our control caused by our approved third parties and suppliers. You will be notified by email letting you know the whereabouts of your order.
We reserve the right to charge a second shipment fee if the information you have provided on your order is incorrect and we or our courier company has been unable to contact you to complete the initial shipment, resulting in a returned order.
Products (UK customers only) may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt if in perfect, resaleable condition. If a refund is accepted, the returned item(s) must be sent back to us at your cost. Refunds will not be issued until the item(s) are returned to us, complete with any free gift, and have passed quality control. We will then provide a full refund of the price plus delivery charges (if appropriate) within 14 days.
